Posted - 09 February 2009 : 22:30:56 I am considering bankruptcy but am self employed - having started a gardening round last autumn to keep some money coming in after losing my job due to being bullied at work. Can I still run my business with my equipment without it being sold off?

There would not be a problem in being a self employed gardener and would be able to keep your tools of the trade if you went bankrupt.
