Posted - 10 February 2009 : 11:54:03 I have a large debt(approx. 15,000) and I was required to leave the Uk because my unlimited leave to remain was turned down. I can't pay the debt back but can't declare bankruptcy in person. Any ideas on what I can do?

If so, you can arrange for one of them to act as Power of Attorney for you, and they can declare the bankruptcy for you.
