Well, the deed is done and my husband is now BR.

We arrived at court with Ken from Reviva after a McDonalds breakfast

We got their at 10am, appointment was for 10.30. There was a poor lady there who hadn't filled her forms in correctly and was being rescheduled. Thank heavens he had Reviva to help. At 10.45 Judge stamped the paperwork and he didn't even have to be seen - it was a bit of an anticlimax really - rather surreal. For the money he paid I thought we'd have had a glimpse of a wig!!

Anyway, we walked away from court and had a nice lunch in town before dropping Ken back at his hotel and coming home.

Hubby has just finished call with OR and will await the date of interview.

Thanks everyone for all your support over the past weeks.

Thanks Jenny - meal has been postponed to tomorrow because he has work tonight, but we are looking forward to it.

We've had the first creditor on the phone that I can finally say 'go away now - he's BR' to!! And the guy on the phone was so lovely. Apologised and wished hubby all the best.

Well done Mr & Mrs and you can now look forward to a debt free future.

I went bankrupt in October and Paul from Reviva help me and I could not have done it without him. Also spoke with Ken from Reviva in Paul's absence on a few occasions and he his a really friendly chap who puts you at ease.
