Well I think I'm all organised and ready for court tomorrow morning 10am, 3 copies of the paperwork plus the (extortionate) fee. The bit I'm not so sure on is what happens next? I have all my statements ready for the OR, can anybody tell me how long I will have to wait for the OR phonecall, plus is there anything else I should have at the ready to make life a little easier?
I was hoping that my paperwork plus statements would be sent to the OR prior to the call so they are less in the dark and there is less to explain..

I wouldn't worry too much about the loan agreement - I'm sure the OR will be able to get a copy from the bank.

Skippy, I have just read your entire blog and it has really put me at ease, a HUGE thank you to you!!!
Well bring on tomorrow, I just want it done now...
I've also just realised that as organised as everything is, my secured loan agreement was put in the wrong pile and accidently went out with the rubbish yesterday!! What a disaster,I really hope it doesn't cause huge issues... :o(

Good luck for tomorrow. When I went BR I was contacted by the OR the next day to arrange the date for my meeting, which was a couple of weeks later.
Leah, if you have a look at my blog there is a list of the documents I had to send to the OR.

What sort of documentation will be required?

Dependant on the way in which the court opereates, following the hearig you may be told that the OR willbe in touch by letter with a telephone appointment with you (usually a non negotiable appointment) or you may be put on the telephone with the OR's office immeadiately following the hearing and a telephone appointment booked with you then and there. When the telephone appointment will take place could be anything between 2 days and 4 weeks dependant on how busy the particular OR's office is.
You will be asked to send in any informtion/documentation you have
