I asked for my car to be voluntary terminated of HP Agreement on the 20th Jan, I went BR on the 26th Jan, and the OR said I did the right thing as I cant keep the car on HP, the HP company have only sent me one letter to say that there records were incorrect and they have ammended them to my correct details for the car reg only, however how long do I have to wait for them to come and pick the car up

Posted - 11 February 2009 : 17:50:41 This happened to us, I rang them to come and take both cars, but the company said they could only do that on instruction from the OR, so I just held onto them and waited until they came for them, and had a few months of driving around in a fancy car for free
