Posted - 11 February 2009 : 21:37:09 I understand that once my bankruptcy is ended, any Creditors who prove in my bankruptcy will no longer be able to come after me for money. What is the situation regarding creditors who do not prove their debts in the bankruptcy? Can they still come after me for money? Are there any laws on this?

All unsecured debts that exist on the date of your BR order will be included in your BR and so your creditors shouldn't chase you for money.
