Posted - 12 March 2009 : 14:32:56 forgot to say in my post before that he was advised to put down a shortfall of 1 pound on his debts as he does not know what his flat will be sold for when it gets repossessed.if this wasnt entered as 1 pound on the form then the mortgage company will end up chasing him for the difference between what they sell it for and his mortgage he owes.apparently if this wasnt put down the shortfall wouldnt be included in his bankruptcy but the lady at CAB said to put his arrears instead?we are all confused now!
