first of all you need to establish which county court holds jurisdiction in bankruptcy over the postcode in which you reside.
Call your local county court to find out, not all county courts deal with bankruptcy but if yours does not they will be able to point you in the right direction.
Once you have established the correct court call and ask if they have a walk in system or an appointment system and if it is the latter ask how long the waiting time is.
