Posted - 13 March 2009 : 15:07:54 Hello,
I was declared bankrupt last week and I have yet to have the official meeting with the OR, although we have spoken for half an hour on the phone a few days ago. My question is that I forgot to mention that fact that I have a phone/broadband/tv package with Virgin Media which is paid on a monthly basis and is up to date with payment and never been in arrears since I have had the contract 3 years ago. Should I have mentioned this to the OR at this point or is this something that will be discussed when we have the actual meeting, whenever that may be? I'm also a bit worried the OR might not allow this 'luxury' although the phone is included in the package and I have put down £25 for monthly costs for this in the SOA. Any advice?
Thanks

If you have put down £25 a month for telephone and this includes all the other stuff as well, I don't think the OR will mind if you just leave it at that, as £25 is about right for telephone alone.
