was made BR 23 jan 09,
not yet had OR interview i was getting a little concerned so thought i would ring the OR office today,
1st i told them about the tax credit i am owed and they said to forward it on once i have it, then i asked about my interview and was told that as soon as i send the tax credit money which should be about 2 weeks they are going to close my case as it is very straightforward. is this normal to have no interview and closing my case does this mean early discharge.

Hi

it could very well do, in straightforward cases where no wrongdoing is evident and no assets are involved you can be discharged as early as month 4.

Fingers crossed this will happen for you.
