can anyone tell me how long before the OR makes the formal offer to buy the BI. Hubby BR Dec 08. Receved letter Feb 09 asking me if id be interested in buyingBI and to send a valuation which I did but to date have hard nothing back and the asistant dealing with BR said that it was sent to another dept to deal with. Just wondering how long it might be or should we keep calling them?
thanks

Hi

for you to have received the initial letter they must be dealing with this particular issue.

The time it takes for them to respond now will depend on the examiner's workload.

An anxious time I know but if you can hold back from contacting them that would be my advice.
Once they have completed their deliberations regarding the BI they will be in touch quite soon.
