Hi all, and response to Xmasbaby on previous post. All done. My OR representative was absolutely lovely. He was not at all judgemental.
We went through all debts, I could not remember how some of them came about and got really confused with 2007 and 2008 etc. as the years have tended to blend into one. I was just honest and said I am sorry just cant remember dates etc. He was fine and said he just needs to give an overall picture in his report to the OR.
The call lasted hour and half but it went quickly. I asked him about my I & E and he is going to post me a new one. He even told me that I should put more in my clothing allowance and suggested £50??!! I had put £20 and my holidays £30 and I had put £15. Which I think is really generous. He said the decision will be with the OR though to up or decrease as necessary. So I think I will be fine with my shopping money Xmas Baby. He has suggested I calculate over the next few weeks my shopping and wait and see. He was very understanding about my coeliac disease and said the OR would take that into account to. I felt although during the meeting I was very unsure of dates etc. the gentleman had a real talent in pulling it all together and summarise the points that he will put forward to the OR. A really positive experience I feel so hope this fills people with hope.
All the best. Will keep you posted on future proceedings!!
Thanks for all your advice.

BR 31st March and had a 15 minute tel call to check details. Then told that I would be sent a'pack' in about 2 weeks. Well 4 weeks later starting to panic so I rang up. Very nice and they said pack would be sent out soon. There had been a massive backlog. I now want it done with but I am bothered that they might re schedule and I will have to wait again. I got paperwork Thursday and was asked toi send back by 4th May for a 9.30am interview which I have done But 4th is Bh and so I cant see anyone having the time to read papers and prepare. Not too stressed though as there is nothing I can do about it and I am nowhere near as anxious as I was previuosly Going BR has relieved most of my stress and best thing that I have done.

Hi Ripski,
If you send your paperwork off today they should get it Tuesday. I had to send 12 months worth of bank statements, credit card statements and any loan agreements plus my mortgage statement. You can only send what you have so anything missing they might be able to get anyway if you have given them the account details. They go through the paperwork prior to the call and ask you about some of the transactions. Try not to worry as there were many things I could not account for. My OR rep was very understanding and knew that my head was all over the place. If they have not had time to go through the paper work you may find they have an initial talk with you and then may need to re-appoint a time to go through the paperwork? They must realise that you have not had much time to send it all off? I have a good 2 weeks to send mine off. Good luck and take a deep breath. I am sure it wont be as bad as you probably think it will be.

? paperwork for OR Only received forms etc 30th april for a tel interview Tuesday 5th may. Posted everything off today so it gets there 4th ,which is a BH. Or asked for credit card statements and /or loan agreements I think that I may have taken this too literally and advice please on other info to send.
I have one secured loan - agreement -sent to OR and one credit card statement which does not show much as it all went off to a DMP-sent to OR
I have 8 other creditors which are storecards etc These are all included properly on S o A but I did not post them off.
Should I do so today i.e. just send everything
Also major creditor Nat West Loan and OD which has been transferred to Incasso debt agency and now in County Court All written down but I haven't got the original loan agreement. Should I send all this paperwork

Just thought I would nudge this post back up. Couple of people asked me to let them know how I got on. Just to say to all newbies to this website I really mean it when I say that this site has helped me no end. Thank you to all the die-hards on the site as well as the relative new-comers. Could not have got through it without you. Some users asked me to let them know how I got on, can't respond individually so group post. Just waiting for my new I & E Sheet and then sort my IPA. In the words of Leonard Cohen, Hallelujah. Thankyou all so much.

Thank you Xmas baby. Got emotional relaying the call to my friend later but reckon it is more out of relief than anything else. All the best to you too.

Good for you Frosie90 and great to hear you had such a positive interview with the OR. Hope everything turns out right for you and I'm sure by the way things are going, the future's looking bright.

Thank you. Yes, it is a foregone conclusion that I will have an IPA which I am only too happy to accept. I think, however, that they may allow me that little extra to make my life more comfortable. I honestly could not have done without this forum. You have all been an absolute godsend, I will stay on throughout my 3 years as hopefully I can help people too. Thank you.

Well done frosie, it sounds like you have a good ORs office there so everything should be fine for the next 3 yrs if you have to pay an IPA.
