Just thought i`d let you guys know, just how B.R friendly the CO-OP Cashminder account is:
I applied for an account after going B.R...only to find, that when i looked on the website to view the account for the first time....it also showed a loan account that i had put on my S.O.A...owing around 2k. I didn`t want to risk using it, (as they do have rights to claim back funds, i think, unless your B.R), but i have just checked the account online...and my Cashminder account is still there...my Loan account has disapeared!!,...How B.R friendly are they??!!.
P.s....I have opened an account with Think Banking, and although it costs £25 to set up, and £12.50 p.m to run....it is well managed, and removes the need to worry about when your bills are paid, as the available funds are transferred onto a Maestro card, which is all for me to spend. Of course, someone did say that 2 cashminder accounts would do the same thing....but free!.
