what do i do ive had a warrant of execution letter from rossendales of unpaid council tax im very worried they will come to my property and try and take items

I forgot to mention that the Council are one 'creditor' who will definitely pursue you to bankruptcy so you do need to take this letter seriously. Get some information from the CAB and then speak to the council to let them know that you are addressing the debt.

Hi,

Your first call is to speak to the CAB. They have a lot of experience in these type of issues and will be able to assist you. The main thing is that you do not ignore the letter and should speak to the CAB tomorrow rather than delaying.
