Posted - 04 May 2009 : 20:53:15 Hi, i'm a little confused and wondered if anyone could clear this up for me. I'm going to go bankrupt in Chester, and i'm not sure if i just turn up on a random day or do i need to book an appointment?? If i need to book an appointment how do i go about doing it?

Chester court is an appointment system si you will need to phone up the Bankruptcy Clerk and ask for an appointment.
They will let you know how many sets of documents you need and the procedure for the day.
