Hi Suev
An Old Auntie of mine, has left me a small amount of money in her will,
She has put this in Trust, so that if anything happens to her before I am discharged, I will not lose out,

All the best

hi

yes you can vote - not restrictions at all there.

you would need to advise the Official Receiver of any windfall - inheritance - during the period of bankruptcy. Once discharges you can do as you will.

therefore your parents may decide to exclude you from the will during the period of Br .
