Posted - 10 May 2009 : 17:23:23 Dear sir/madam if i go bankrupt can i still have direct debits, my biggest worty is being at home, with no phone etc staring at walls and developing some sought of mental illness, if this is being bankrupt, this is not for me, what are the alternatives? I owe 25000 to credit card companies, i'm currently NFA but looking for property to rent on DSS. regards roger |

If you are not employed then bankruptcy is probably your best bet.
