Posted - 14 May 2009 : 22:33:24 I'm just putting the finishing touches to my S.O.A and am going to Court on Mon 18 May.
I'm about 4 months into a new 18 month contract with Vodafone and pay £30 a month for line rental, free minutes and free texts. I don't owe them any money as am up to date with monthly payments.
Few questions
1. Do they need to go on the S.O.A as a "creditor"?
2. If I don't declare them and the OR does not contact them, are Vodafone likely to find out I am bankrupt? Ideally I'd like to keep my phone and tariff, even if I have to pay out of my surplus, but I don't want Vodafone cancelling me post BR and then asking for 14 months of unpaid line rental? Could this happen?
3. Do you think Vodafone can demand the phone back? I up-graded recently before I even considered bankruptcy. Like I said I am about 4 months into an 18 month contract at £30 per month. I usually stay within that, maybe up to £40 monthly max.
Thanks
