Posted - 16 May 2009 : 11:09:24 Hi all. I was declared BR on 9th March. Ive not really had much communictaion with OR since my interview which was on 11th March. Today i have recieved a letter stating that my file will shortly be transferred to the regional trustee and liquidator unit (RTLU). Can I ask is this normal procedure or anything to worry about? Any help would be appreciated.

Posted - 16 May 2009 : 11:27:09 This is a good sign as it looks like the OR has completed your case. Once the case is transferred to the RTLU then you are normally eligible for an early discharge.
