The debts are all unsecured of about 15k, credit card, loans and H.P dating back a few years., what would the situation be if they are unsecured.? so even though i am not working the bailiffs can enter and remove my goods. ok,

Posted - 16 May 2009 : 12:12:17 What is the HP on? Is it furniture or electrical goods? Until the HP is paid off the item(s) are still the property of the seller and can be recovered.
