Just had my first phonecall of OR lovely girl unfortunatly Liverpool office is so busy that Blackpool are taking some of their cases and I'm 1 of them.Got to wait for them to get in touch now, hopefully they will be as nice, explained about cashminder account and she said that will be fine and it won't be closed and she said there shouldn't be any problems, let's hope so, feel lot happier now.

To be honest it does not matter where the telephone interview is held all the offices work to the exact same standards - the only difference is the personnel (some brilliant, some jobsworth - like all walks of life!)

I hope you get a human being and not a machine!

The OR offered me 3 days and a wide range of times so you should be ok. They understand that you need to work so if you can't make the days/times that they offer just ask for an appointment a bit further ahead when it is suitable to both of you.

I'm with Blackpool and they are fine. I have my OR interview on Thur so I will let you know what happens. I have heard on another board that they are considered to be very efficient (my OR interview is 1 week and 4 days after BR and I was offered an earlier appointment) and they have a good record for ED.
