Hi there
I went bankrupt yesterday and recieved the pack today.It needs signing and also needs a witness to sign it too, an this be my partner that witnesses it???

Hi there
There's an explanation letter, including date of OR interview.
there is two identical forms (1 to sign and 1 to keep) "Notice setting out your duties and responsibilities as an un-discharged bankrupt".
"Tax and national Disclosure" to sign and return
"Ethnic Monitoring Form"
"Comments and Suggestions form"
3 x leaflets including:
What will happen to my home
what will happen to my bank account
What happens when you are interviewed by the offical reciever?
Think that is everything! |

My other half witnessed mine and it wasn't a problem.
