hi is there a list of companys that will pay the cost of going bankcrupt my husband had his paid by british gas about 2/3 yrs ago do companys still help with costs i may not be able to read your reply untill tomorrow as i am on new deal through benifits office and using their computer as not got one at home thanks

This scheme offered by utility companies is only available thorugh your local Citizens Advice Bureau offices, it is not a 'service' they advertise, you will need to make an appointment withe one of their Money Advisors and ask them if you qualify (you will need an utility provider/Bill in your name)

If your are on benefits you will probably get the £150 court fee set aside but the voucher scheme through the utility companies will also fund the OR fee of £360
