Posted - 28 May 2009 : 15:18:15 hi is there a list of companys that will pay the cost of going bankcrupt my husband had his paid by british gas about 2/3 yrs ago do companys still help with costs i may not be able to read your reply untill tomorrow as i am on new deal through benifits office and using their computer as not got one at home thanks

Posted - 28 May 2009 : 15:23:04 This scheme offered by utility companies is only available thorugh your local Citizens Advice Bureau offices, it is not a 'service' they advertise, you will need to make an appointment withe one of their Money Advisors and ask them if you qualify (you will need an utility provider/Bill in your name)
If your are on benefits you will probably get the £150 court fee set aside but the voucher scheme through the utility companies will also fund the OR fee of £360
