I'm getting all bank statements ready to send to OR prior to phone meeting, I'v only got 10 of the last 12 statements, so they'l have to do. My question is I'v recently opened a coop cashminder account, didn't put this on SOA but did tell them about it on the day, do I send statemewnt from that account as well or just old account.

I think I had 5 from one account, 6 from another... they didnt care. And no, they wont want any from the co-op in my experience

It's just the accounts that were open at the time you were BR that the OR will be interested in.

Mention the Co-op account to the OR during the interview just to let them know but they won't have an interest in the account.

Don't worry about only having 10 statements rather than 12 as the OR can obtain the other 2 from the creditor. I didn't have time to send my statements to the OR prior to the interview so it is not a problem if the OR hasn't received these prior to the interview.
