someone took me to court several weeks ago and tried to sue me for something i never did. I won my case but I now hav 20,000 fees to pay, the person who took me to court was on a no win no fee claim and should have to pay my fees right? he is going bankrupt? so who pays my fees??

You should be able to claim the fees from him, if he goes bankrupt then in effect you and/or your solicitors will become a creditor of that persons estate.

You are stil however liable for your fees, you can try and claim them your home/car insurance or ifyou have any work indemnity insurance.

I would if I was you have a conversation with your legal advisor explain the situation and see whether he/she can put a claim in
