Posted - 01 June 2009 : 20:19:59 I was sent a letter today and in it it said that my bankrptcy file will shortly be transfereed to the regional trustee and liquidator unit (RTLU)
What dose this mean now have they stopped looking into my case

Yes, it sounds like they just have the matter of sorting out assets or realisation for the estate left to do.
