Posted - 02 June 2009 : 07:45:37 Hi everyone, just a quick post to help those who are scared like i was to go bankrupt because you have a voilent ex like i have who would be able to find you because it would be put in the paper ,you can ask the judge to not print your details .i don't know which i was more scared of my ex finding me or my debts (at one point i thought i would be safer in prison so toyed with not paying me poll tax but then i found out that i would be protected the courts will protect you .just thought i would post this .hope it helps . i got to wait for the or now . cas1956
