Fingers and toes crossed.
best of luck Mitsu.

Have had the credit cards again, we have contacted them and said we will have some money for them at the end of the month, but the little charmers in Mombi are like Satan's little helpers.we now dread the phone and the postman.
Sorry Rant.

With closing a Ltd company I believe the cheapest way of doing is - complete a Companies House Form 652A which states you are closing the company, inform your creditors of the application and they will obviously object, they can only object if they intend to liquidate you i.e. they have to foot the cost!
I hope that is the correct advise but you must seek some professional advice and Reviva are fab.

Have you tried phoning Reviva?

They are bankruptcy specialists and you will find their details under the expert link on the left hand side of the page.

Give them a ring to see if they can assist you.

Hi

If you are the director of a limited company then you are employed by the company. A limited company is a separate entity to you personally. The only way the liquidation of a limited company can affect you is if you have given personal guarantees to creditors of the company.

Hi,

I'm sorry I don't know what the answer is, but just wanted to welcome you and hopefully one of the experts will pick up on this soon.
