My husband hasn't got a bank account so his JSA goes in mine, he has his own things to pay out so I give him half back, will tis be acceptable when I have OR meeting next week.

Other than the half he gives me the other bills he has to pay are not household bills ,they are his own bills.

On your I&E did you put down an amount that your husband contributes to the bills that come out of your money? This should roughly equate to the amount that is left in your account from his JSA. The rest of the I&E will be your income and the bills that you pay.

Don't bother putting the Sky down (ORs don't normally allow this anyway) or any of the bills that your husband pays out of his money. If your husband pays for things like utility bills, TV licence, etc. i.e. the bills that everyone pays then the OR may mention these when going through the I&E but just say that your husband pays these and the OR will be ok with that.

Bank statements won't show that I'm giving half of it back to him though, will they, but surely they must know he has to have some money, for example the sky is in his name and he pays for that and he has his own bills to pay, just worried that because it goes into my bank they might thing he's contributing it all, which he can't do.

Should be fine as the OR will want to see your bank statements and they will show what is happening with his JSA.
