Husband's Paid Job which I know is income
Child Tax Credit? Child Benefit? Housing Benefit?
Also, I would be starting a nursing course in September and would be receiving NHS STUDENT BURSARY , is this counted as income?

Child tax credit and child benefit are taken as income, however most of this is usually offset with specific costs for the children.
Housing benefit would not be, but you would not be able to claim the full expense of rent/mortgage only the difference that you have to pay yourself.
