Posted - 11 June 2009 : 09:38:40 Hi
I have just applied for a nationwide cash card account and been accepted, got confused on a couple of questions such as are you currently in the action of bankruptcy which I answered no, as I have been bankrupt since Jan 26th this year and have completed EDREV on 13th May.
Anyway they have offered me this account but they were one of my biggest creditors with an Overdraft, Credit Card and Loan if I use this account will they use the right of offset and keep my monies.
Any advice appreciated

Nationwide seem happy to give you the account though.
The glimmer gets brighter all the time
