Posted - 11 June 2009 : 20:06:59 Hi,
My case was transferred back to the original examiner from the RTLU because of a property issue. I now have no case officer.
I told my case officer that I had had a pay rise but that I was also taking additional work benefits to support my children and buying some extra holidays. I said that I wouldnt see the impact of these benefit choices until July, and so asked if they wanted me to do an IPOQ now....and then another one in July when my salary changes.
They forwarded this question on, but I havent had a response. I am guessing I have done my bit and wont get in trouble, as I have been open and declared it - they just havent got their act together to respond.
Am I covered? Hopefully, in July my salary wont have changed (but I will have more holidays to spend with my children)....and I wont have to bother with an IPOQ.
...or will they be miffed they havent received the £200 extra they may have gained over the next few months before my salary comes down again.
