I am going bankrupt but need to save up the fee first. I have been getting red letters for quite a while now and am getting a bit worried at how long i have left, my problem is i work in a hr office and im worried a debt collection company will contact my manager to request money is taken from my pay, can they do this or will i have to go to court etc first, and if they can request this, how do they know where i work?

A debt collector will not ask for money to be taken from your pay, they cannot do that. All they can do is write to you and possibly send a collector round to your home to ask for money. They cannot force you to pay.
