HI ALL, MY WIFE AND I WENT BR IN MARCH WE HAVE HAD OUR INTERVIEW BUT ONLY YEST HAVE THEY WROTE TO US ASKIN FOR RENTAL AGREEMENTS ETC SO STIL NONE THE WISER AS TO US GETTIN AN IPA, ANYHOW I AM DUE A ONE OFF PAYMENT OFF 850 FROM WORK AS THE COMPANY I WORK FOR GIVES US AN ALLOWANCE OFF £2 A DAY FOR USE OFF FOOD MACHINES BUT THEY ARE NOW STOPPING THIS AND BUYING THE FOOD KEY OFF US DO I HAVE TO DECLARE THIS PAYMENT TO THE OR AND IF SO HOW MUCH WILL THEY TAKE ?

Afternoon Mac,

I would declare this to the OR just to keep on their right side. As it is a sizeable amount they may be interested, however, they may not as it is a 'one-off' and might not be worth the extra paperwork involved. If they do decide they have an interest in it, then they can take between 50%-70% of the total amount.

You should declare this but may be able toclaim more on your I & E for food.
