Hi, sorry for such a basic question but when I contact my local Court do I just have to say that I wish to petition for BR and ask for the forms to be sent through and at the same time ask for an appointment?

Many thanks

Don't forget as well that if you get stuck with anything, you can ask on here and someone will be around to help you.

You can fill the forms in online via this link:

http://www.insolvency.gov.uk/doitonline/doitonlinemenu.htm

You can save them as you go along and then print them out once they are completed.

It may not be necessary to make an appointment - just ring up and find out if your court does an appointment system - some are just walk in on the day.

The glimmer gets brighter all the time
