Hi all, a shortfall of £5,000. was left to pay, when we sold our property. Would this be included in my bankruptcy even when the house was sold before becoming bankrupt?
My shortfall amount stated on the letter from the company, that if i were to purchase another property they could claim this shortfall amount. can they do this? I did place the shortfall as a creditor om my BR form. can anyone clarify. the company are asking the following question:"Please could you advise if your property has been included in your bankruptcy".
Thanks Mick063

Hi Jan and Debtinfo.

Thanks for getting back to me so promptly. I am more settled about the shortfall. Thanks to you both.
