Would this be included in my bankruptcy even when the house was sold before becoming bankrupt? My shortfall amount stated on the letter from the company, that if i were to purchase another property they could claim this shortfall amount. can they do this? I did place the shortfall as a creditor om my BR form. can anyone clarify. the company are asking the following question:"Please could you advise if your property has been included in your bankruptcy". Thanks Mick063
