Posted - 09 July 2009 : 19:50:03 Hi, I made myself BR in June last year, my wife in September. In Novemeber last year we gave the Northern Rock voluntry repossession of our home, and moved into rental accommodation. Northern Rock sold the house for less than our mortgage, we have today received a letter from some debt collectors demanding over £22,000 as the shortfall.
Do we have to pay this, or should it now be included in the bankruptcy, and what should I tell the Debt Collection Agency.

Just get in touch with the OR.
The glimmer gets brighter all the time
