Posted - 20 July 2009 : 09:59:00 If you were in a DMP that failed then you have sought professional advice. You are resident in the UK so there is no question of your Centre of Main Interests so there is no reason why you won't be declared BR.
Everyone worries that when they turn up at the court there will be problems and they will be refused BR but this doesn't happen.

- You haven't sought professional advice - You an in an IVA - You're Centre of Main Interests is another EU country rather than the UK.
