The clerk will take the forms off you and the required fee (£510 each - unless you qualify for reductions which will be listed in the pack contained from the court when applying for forms) take 3 copies of the forms with you, do not sign or date until in the court clerks presence. Depending on the process operated by the courts you will either wait in a waiting room whilst your forms are taken to the district judge and the clerk will eventually return a copy of the forms to you OR you will go in to see the districy hjudge your self (not an ordeal just a human being behind a desk/table, it is not 'open court' if you do see the judge he will just ask you to confirm your name etc and ask you whether or not you have sought advice (this forum classes as advice) and then date and stamp the order.

Either way the court clerk will inform you that eith er the OR is on the phone and will book an appointment for you for your tlephone interview (this does not take place that day, maybe up to 3 weeks time) OR the clerk will tell you that the OR will be in touch with your telephone interview date & tiem etc

Good luck and if you need any further advice youknow where we are
