Hello,
Can you petition your BR in a different town to where you live?? I live in Stockport but am nearer to manchester (if that makes sense). Also different OR offices seems to be nicer to you than other offices. Has anyone has any dealing with either Stockport or Manchester?? I would go to bits is someone was horrid to me. Thank you

The court that you will need to go to will depend upon your postcode as each court serves a specific area. If you turn up at the wrong court you will not be permitted to declare BR and you will have wasted your time.

You could always contact the Manchester court to see if they will declare you BR if it is closer.

Thank you. Do you know anything about IE forms?? I have been told via this site that the OR will probably not have any interest in my car and the finance company will probably let me carry on with the repayments. when I complete the I & E I dont know what to do about the repayments I can't put the down as an outgoing because I am not 100% sure if I will keep the car, but the if I am allowed to I need to account for the money. also tax, insurance etc. does that make sense?? Thank you

I believe that you have to petition in the court nearest to where you live.

I'm afraid you will have to put up with whichever OR covers your area, but they are only human and you should have no problems.

The glimmer gets brighter all the time
