Posted - 25 July 2009 : 15:06:17 we declared bankrupct in june had our or interview 2 weeks later the or accepted our ie form and said we would not get an ipa but we would get a 0 tax code, 2day we recived an ipo questionnaire so confused y we have to fill ie again dos this mean they are looking to get an ipo
