Posted - 25 July 2009 : 23:01:09 another question please.i have a hp car,i cant afford to pay anymore.my friend is willing to continue paying for it.i spoke to the finance company about this and they told me that the loan will remain into my name until the loan is finish.if i dont include this into my bankruptcy,will the or find out about this?and how about if i include this into my expenditures but tell the or that my friend is the one paying for it?any advice please.thanks

Posted - 26 July 2009 : 08:03:43 you must put this down in your SOA, The OR will be fine about your friend carrying on the payments as long as their is no equity in the vehicle
