Hi all,

just a quick update : today i recieved a IPOQ from the OR with a letter saying they are putting me forward for ED and as long as no creditors object the ED will happen in approx 4-6 weeks
Since i've been made BR i have moved form a 3 bed to a 4 bed as i have a new born baby and need the room, the rent stayed the same but the council tax, water rates, gas and electric have all gone up accordingly, i informed the OR office of the change of address but never metioned the rise in the house hold bills, will the OR question my IPOQ as it will read different to my original SOA, also as some on here have said are they having another look to see if they can put an IPA against me ??

Thanks Dan.

Suzanne,Debtinfo,
thank you both for your reply's, would really like ED and hopefuly the letter i recieved is an indication of that, maybe in a couple of weeks it might be confirmed.
I defo wont hold my breath though as it might not happen, as debtinfo said will have to sit out the full 12mths, only another 7 mths to go now anyway, hopefully it will go as fast as the first 5.

Hi, although this is an indication of an ED it is not always the case. The OR can close the case and be released to get it of their desk if their is nothing else to do. if you have not been granted ED then you just sit it out to the end of the 12 months.

Hi

As long as there is no other Trustee appointed, then that is the OR declaring that they have finished their administration of your case, and your early discharge should follow.

Yes, that will be an application for ED although it could take a few weeks to go through.

It could well do.

I don't know of any other reason why he would do that.

The glimmer gets brighter all the time
