I've heard the fees for going bankrupt have gone up. Is this true? I get a remission on court costs, but still have to pay the receivers fee. Is it more than £360? i've got to go Monday, so need to get the right money out.

Well done Nic. I am sure you feel much better already but once the OR interview is over you will feel completely relieved.

Hi, i have done it! was really nervous when i got there. I think the 2 hour wait between handing the forms in and going back to get my bankruptcy number was the worse bit though. Just waiting now for the OR to call with interview date.

I believe you only need one copy of the SOA forms at Bristol as well.

Good luck tomorrow and let us know how you get on.

Dont forget if you do get a remission for the court fee you will need written proof of the benefit/Jobseekers (income based) dated within one calender month of Monday 17th August
