I been ordered to leave by 4 weeks time. (no problem left over a year ago.
How do I make sure that any cost from being taken to court, the possession and the short full are included in my bankrucy and not left to pay once I am no longer bankrupty early next year.

Posted - 17 August 2009 : 12:53:06 Send the order of possession into the OR asap (take a copy for your records though). Any debt or 'shortfall' will be included in the bankruptcy.
When you originally completed the forms for the bankruptcy did you list the mortgage as a creditor? If so you have nothing to worry about, If not, speak to your OR to get them to confirm that the creditor is now included in the bankruptcy
