Posted - 17 August 2009 : 14:42:59 This forum has been so helpful so far, I have another question. I am still ploughing through the SOA and am listing credit card companies I owe. At the moment I am not in arrears with anyone as I have been using my savings to pay mimimum payments every month. Money has now run out so from next month I wont be able to pay everyone. I hope to submit my petition next week. One of the people I owe is Littlewoods but its only about £150. Do I have to list it or could I still continue paying the £7 a month or so. I havent used the account for over 3 years and dont intend to again. Or are you just not allowed to owe ANYONE at all. Hope this isnt a silly question but this is all so new to me. Thanks

Posted - 17 August 2009 : 15:18:45 You need to list EVERYONE, inc friends/family that you owe money to and are paying back, old accounts (go back as far as you possibly can, even if you think it's more than the 6 years where it becomes invalid, just to be safe).
You wont be able to pay back anything you owe, as you have to sign an agreement that you wont, and it'll be illegal to.
