Posted - 19 August 2009 : 14:22:34 I went BR on monday, missed the call from the OR yesterday, so phoned them this morning. I was asked lots of questions about why i went BR, creditors and bank accounts. This lasted about 15 mins and the OR is sending me a pack with forms to sign and information. Does anyone know if this was the interview? as i thought they had to give you a date within 2 weeks for that. |

Posted - 21 August 2009 : 20:04:54 Have just recieved OR pack with information and forms i had to sign. Was relieved to see by the letter that i will not need an interview at the moment, and that they will write to me if i need one in the future. |

Posted - 20 August 2009 : 09:21:20 Thanks, yes my case is straight forward, only debts from 3CCs,1 unsecured loan, 1 storecard,1 catalogue and a bank overdraft. I've no assets, and we rent our house from the local housing association, so alot simpler than some people on here. |

Posted - 19 August 2009 : 15:32:55 This would normally be a bit short for the interview but it really depends upon your case; some people don't have an interview.
The pack will include a couple of forms you need to sign and return to the OR. Sometimes the OR will also ask for bank/CC statements. Once they have received the forms/statements from you they will call to setup an interview if needed. |
