I am awaiting my ORs verdict on an IPA, however, I have some flexibility on the number of days a week I work.
If she decides, for example, to take 1/5 of my income I presume that means she has accepted that I need 4/5s of it to live on. So if I was to only work (and get paid for) 4 days per week would this knock out her claim?

If your DI is less than £100 per month after your priority debts, then you won't get one, regardless of how many hours you work.
