Posted - 20 August 2009 : 22:30:18 hi all, i am currently saving for my br fees. Was told i had to start paying repossession short fall on 6 aug and nr are chasing me already. should i tell them of my plans or keep quiet??

Posted - 21 August 2009 : 07:13:43 I told all of my creditors that I was declaring BR and then never answered their calls again. Other people didn't tell their creditors as the creditors can become more aggressive when they know you are declaring BR as they know they won't get their money.
There are advantages/dis-advantages of both options and it doesn't really matter which you do so the choice is really yours.
